Monthly Prepayment: PixelBoat Media requires prepayment for services rendered on a monthly basis. Clients are required to make payment for the upcoming month's services in advance.
 

Package Payment: Clients opting for service packages must make payment at the beginning of the month for the respective package they wish to avail for that month.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfer, online payment gateways, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

Late Payments: Failure to make payment by the agreed-upon due date may result in the suspension of services until payment is received. A late payment fee may also be applicable.

Refunds: Refunds are not provided for prepaid services. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their services with Pixel Boat Media at any time. However, prepaid fees for the remaining duration of the service period are non-refundable.
